Born and raised in Orange County. Andre had a passion for good food and always interested in new fusion or different visions other Chef's displayed.
After being an Executive Chef in many restaurants with many different cultures, he proceeded in his career as a Terminal Executive Chef at John Wayne Airport. This included 12 different restaurants that he took care of. Including the upscale dinning of Javi's (Javier's).
When Covid hit, it hit the food industry hard. And closed down all the restaurants at the airport. This is when Andre took his passion into consideration and started his own Pop-up and catering business Called "Dre's Twisted Kitchen." Where his passion meets quality and he puts his own twist on food.
In 2022 Andre and Family moved to Bakersfield. His business only grew from there doing private in home dinners, Pop-Ups, Catering and Events.
